If you have the points but its saying ‘restricted sale’ then the system thinks you are not in the Cup Scheme.Just saying Restricted Sale in a greyed out box as if you haven't qualified yet?
Have you bought tickets for Hoffenhiem or Shakhtar away?

Yes I bought Hoffenheim. All sorted anyway now cheers though, I rang supporters services they said it happened to majority of accounts for about 30 mins, rather than there just being a problem on my account.

Only just got my ticket today so going to look at it tonight. My big problem is I’ve got to get back to Barrow for half five Wednesday night as I’ve got a 12 hour night shift to do. I’ll have a play and see what I can do and I’ll let you know.
Train - we are on 0734h from Lyon and gets in to Smoke 1239h the on the 1300h to Newcastle and be on me drive 1600hOnly just got my ticket today so going to look at it tonight.
