Completely agree with all the comments regarding the inconvenience.

However I must take a minute to say that City have actually been pretty helpful in my own personal situation

Had booked to go with my dad and both bought tickets, however due to a family bereavement my dad now cannot go. City have agreed to re issue the ticket in the name of another family member who can go.

I must stress (before the shouts of points whore arise!) that City made clear they were only doing this as the other family member would have also qualified for a ticket themselves.

Just thought it fair to give the ticket office a bit of praise amongst all the stick for helping me out in a difficult time .

I thought the opposite regarding ticket collection - u can pick them up untill 8pm day of game, 45 mins before ko. I actually thought this was ok - were all heading to the stadium at some point, so dont need to make a pointless trip anywhere else.

What the latest time that you think it would be possible to turn up, collect your ticket, and pass through security to get into the stadium without missing the start of the game?

Kiev was wrong side of City for collection as was Paris and most of us moaned about the inconvenience.

Now it's by the stadium we are moaning about the inconvenience.

The collection point can only be where the local authorities agree it can be and it will always fail to suit everyone.

That said, I wouldn't be leaving it til 8pm on match day to collect as that would almost guarantee missing kick off.

I´ve been in Madrid since last night. I have no letter obviously and just checked and no email. I have a printed copy of my ticket receipt and if they wont accept that then I can see them being taken to court to pay for my little holiday.

Where is the collection point and times of opening please

Might be an idea to just send City an email asking them to send you one back. Seems to have worked for other people.
