Used my works e-mail for years for tickets but changed it to my Hotmail addy before buying my ticket for this one. Knowing my luck it will still go to my works e-mail!

What a farce no letter no email as of yet. Bank holiday weekend so if it doesn't come tomorrow I'm going to have a problem :(

you should be fine mate. They told me if the letter hasn't arrived by the post tomorrow give them a ring and they send the letter as an email, bizarre but what they want. Just give them a ring before half 5!

Just got my email. Checked Google map and looks like my hotel is next to the shopping centre if I have found the right place.
