you should be fine mate. They told me if the letter hasn't arrived by the post tomorrow give them a ring and they send the letter as an email, bizarre but what they want. Just give them a ring before half 5!

Progress apparently.
I mean, I've attended 73 of our last 76 European games, but I get so much value for my £87, when I'm constantly checking my emails every ten minutes or wondering if my confirmation will come in the post.
No problem whatsoever if I haven't got access to a printer. I always thought the point of emails was to save paper, but now I feel enlightened.
I'm just praying that I arrive at the collection point, just two minutes after Spike's day trip, and have to wait for more than an hour.

My email has just arrived. To get your ticket it states that you need to 'present your passport and THIS confirmation.' It does not say a letter is being sent out, so as others have said you need to print off the email and present that to the City team to get your ticket.
It does also state that to gain entry into the ground you need photo ID, (does not have to be your passport), your ticket and wristband.

Just a thought but all those who say they haven't yet had an email, have you checked your details on the club website to make sure they have the email address recorded at all and certainly correctly.
