Will tickets come on open sale? have flights and hotel? Or do we try to get them from Madrid?

Snap. I booked a hotel last night because I presumed that as they hadn't said sold out on Saturday night or Sunday that they'd still be on sale this morning. Not happy.

Sounding paranoid about it but something doesn't seem right. People being told they'd be eligible by Wednesday and the general feeling it wouldn't sell out fast.
Flights and accommodation all booked, should have had my ticket yesterday.
