Madrid Home tickets

Anyone got any solutions for my situation? Myself and my dad are season ticket holders, sacked off the euro cup scheme last year due to the extra games this season.

We’ve then purchased tickets for this Madrid game and he can no longer go. I’ve got a mate with a Supporter number who is keen to take the ticket, but City are saying non-cup scheme members can’t transfer (the option is greyed out on the city App).

It isn’t feasible for my mate to take my dads phone with us, other issue is my dad is now on an over 65 ticket, so if we managed to get a print out or something then it would probably flag at the ground (not actually sure but assume so) and it’s obvious my mate isn’t anywhere near that age.

So not sure what the best way to do this is.

Overall think it’s a pointlessly punitive rule change, appreciate they want to cut down touting but this is just inconveniencing proper fans. The idea that it’s fine to transfer if you’ve paid for the cup-scheme just feels like a money grab from city.

Has payment been taken, if not it probably won't update on the mobile pass.
My payment hasn't been taken yet, was supposed to be today but with the system crashing it may have been delayed, it's not even showing as pending in my bank account.
Cup scheme payment hasn’t been taken for me either

Can you add your mate to friends and family, can it be transferred then?

My mobile is showing the Newcastle game not Madrid and I’m in the cup schemes, anyone else with this issue?
Yep. I'm assuming it will right itself very soon because my Real ticket payment has been taken today and I got the usual confirmation email from the club....

I was told by Fan Support that Madrid tickets will load "within the next few days".

Register your dads account on a second phone, an old one out of the drawer that nobody uses, give that to your mate for the game & get it back after, covers him if he ever loses his, borrow his best tweed jacket & walking
stick and you’re good to go :)

I had to bite the bullet and phone the ticket office today as I had 2 tickets which I wanted to transfer (Not on cup scheme).
They offered me a refund only and I was able to purchase the same seats back in the name of the new owners.
Your mate will have to meet the criteria also as the 1st options I was going to transfer to didn’t!

Help like unresponsive… going to try again next week Jesus
Why is it so hard to buy ticket
