Maffeo and Angelino loaned to Girona

Joke decision. He was ready yet we ship him out to play sub-par football? Hard to see the kids making it here when we keep favouring has-beens over them. We'll probably keep Silva until he's 42 and sell Brahim Diaz

A club that he's familiar with as he's played there before, in his home country & they're challenging at the top of the table. Yes, it's disappointing, but it's far more useful than sitting in the EDS if Pep thinks he's not going to get much game time between now and the end of the season.

His chance will surely be next year because at least one of Zaba & Sagna will most likely be gone, and I wouldn't be at all surprised to see him step straight into the team.
 
Very strange decision considering the recent injury to zabba......who is going to play right back should we lose one of zabba or sagna for any ammount of time. The reult being the other one plays too much with the increased possibility of more injury.....

I know its experience for him but surely working with pep and the first team daily would mean just as much. He could have played the fa cup games as well.....

Unless we have someone lined up which given peps comments seem highly unlikely. Dont want otto playing there again...he was crap
 
Do we really want maffeo sitting in the stands week in, week out. Loaning him to girona makes a lot of sense, if he excels, which he should, he will be our 2nd choice next year. Chill out.
