My wife works at mcfc and she has just phoned me to tell me they have been informed by the club that he has passed away so ffs stfu

I think I'll wait until the club confirms it OFFICIALLY. I am making a valid point, there's no need for personal abuse.

I guess he's spreading a false rumour then. Nothing on the club's website, no-one i know has heard anything like it either. Can we all wait until an official club announcement before sending our condolences, please.

Before my time but after reading Buzzer's autobiography sounds like a man of real character, and way ahead of his time - on the coaching front at least.

A truly sad, sad day.

It was way before my time but I have heard all about what he and Mercer did and they are part of the reason I support the Blues now.

I did get the pleasure of seeing him once or twice at Maine Road although he was very frail then.
