Man Arrested for trying to sell Pep’s hacked emails

Something more sinister is going on here. I do not, for one second, believe City's IT systems are less secure than any other club's. I do believe that there is an organised crime group at work here and that saps like Rui Pinto and this guy are merely footsoldiers for a far bigger enterprise.

It's in the nature of OCGs that the only people who get caught are the lowest ranking personnel whilst the controlling minds laugh their arses off on the beach (or, in this case, in a directors' box)

The last part of our club's statement is telling:- "It is a matter of public record that we have been the target of several criminal attacks through our IT systems in recent years."

i do not think for one second that this story is finished (i hope not anyway) and that we are biding our time. We are currently fighting UEFA and its corruptive core and to have multiple issues being played out at once isn't useful

So Liverpool have cheated their way to the title. Poached our staff, stolen our ideas, hacked into our tactics and analysis, undermined our reputation by leaking stolen information to various sources. To think Leeds got crucified for having someone on a hill with a pair of binoculars!

agree, and the line 'and absolute poverty of performance in assessing corruptions being perpetrated against Manchester City's interests' , does this allude to the possibility that leaked information was used against us for stopping us in our tracks !! i.e. the email leaks leading to the uefa sanctions ?

@Prestwich_Blue any info on this at all ?

It's been fairly obvious for a while now that lots of powerful clubs are terrified of us and will stop at nothing to stop and discredit us. You can see why, in just 12 years we have won 10 trophies and if they hadn't stalled us with ffp we would have been so far in front it would be unreal.

I wonder which 3 players are signed up to gambling syndicates. By their inconsistant performances I could probably name them.
I'm not going to name them though as they may probably take me to court and my evidence is mere hearsay.

Akin to state sponsored espionage...… So many people completely obsessed with our club it's embarrassing if not a little worrying...…

The question is just how deep does this run and it is interesting that it is directed at Liverpool FC

"Leading people in Manchester City Analytics have been sacked recently following our disclosures of deliberate leakage of proprietary analytics to Liverpool (via a mafia-influenced route) and absolute poverty of performance in assessing corruptions being perpetrated against Manchester City's interests. City have lost Sancho and the 2019/20 Premier League title because of Manchester City Analytics - the entire entity needs disbanding and rebuilding more professionally."

Where is that found?

I am guessing that one may be head and shoulders above his other two colleagues

Police are looking to question these three men with regards to the cyber attacks.

City could have protected themselves against the Liverpool Corruption Juggernaut...
... but the club's infrastructure and rogue individuals within it prevented any defence.

Any evidence gathered I hope it is in the hands of the right people at our club. I am sure that we would, at this point, already have a) either started and concluded a proper and thorough cyber audit or B) started and still carrying out a cyber audit

Regardless of what person(s) have carried this out, then i am sure they will be found and brought to account - when the time is right

Quote from a newspapaer story on this: "The IT worker also claimed it was the 'easiest thing I've ever had to do' after accessing every email to and from the 49-year-old."

"Had to do" is a very interesting choice of words. If he "had to do" it, why? Did someone pay him to or did someone force him to?

As I said previously, someone will have had to give this guy Pep's ProtonMail password, otherwise if the password was reset, all the emails would have been deleted, Proton is that secure.

So yeah, it will have been easy
