Same happens to me, but if I use a browser on tv rather than the app I don't have any problems signing in. Funnily enough, the app on my phone works perfectly.Wondering if anyone can help. I’ve downloaded the app on smart tv and phone and subscribed city plus. However, whenever I go onto the app on my tv it’s just stuck it won’t let me click anything or send me a pairing a code. On the app when I play a video I can’t cast to my tv either (it’s a Samsung). Any help?
