Got Sky Q on two Samsung TVs... How can I access this without buying a new Apple TV or Fire Stick?

I have a Roku Stick - have downloaded the App - can't find the Premium Section to sign up on the App - Just got the free stuff and HOME/SETTINGS - any help would be much appreciated.
 
So i added this to my LG Smart TV along with my Sony Android TV last night, the issue of being unable to get to the 'view all' on previous matches sections seems to be constant across both these formats of the app.

Can anyone with a Firestick confirm if they have the issue? If you go to the 2018/2019 season and press view all it should take you to another page, seems to just be an empty page and the app then crashes for most people.

I've tweeted Citys Digital twitter handle but nothing back yet.

In the email confirming your subscription there's an email address to use for problems - DigitalSupport@cityfootball.com. I emailed last night, got a reply today and it's "been raised with the development team". Would recommend anyone else having the same problem also contact them, but before you do check out if any of the other sections with playlists/view more options are working OK. (They all were for me)

Anyone else having problems with freezing during playback? It's definitely not a wifi/buffering/connecting issue: the screen just freezes, and it might start again after 10-20 seconds or up to a minute or more, and it might not .. and it might be very low quality when it restarts, or it might not .... might then play all the way through, or it might not ....!!

Lucky you. I emailed them Tuesday and no reply. Have tried again today.
 
Has anyone else had the never ending subscription loop problem? I emailed yesterday morning but not heard anything back ?

I also seem to have very limited content, just the fight til the end series, and the last weeks news.
