What we need is to draw the defence out by holding the ball deeper or shooting more often from longer range. Only by drawing deep defences out will we create space behind them to attack.

What we started doing towards the end was GIVING THEM the ball, this means they come out of their box thinking they have a chance of scoring thus giving us more room behind.
