man city

City for me.

It's actually an interesting point as the Rags are always, absolutely always called Manchester United on every news outlet. I'd imagine a marketing bloke would put an interesting slant on it.

An American once told me that Man City sounded like a gay holiday resort.

yeah, Michael Mcintyre did a routine on that

"the MEN Arena" = gay night club.

Man U*ited - gay lovers etc etc .

I cannot stand it when City fans say Man City - it sounds wrong and its like a take on when scum say " Man U" (you) - I really fucking hate that - usually its southerners

On my various travels around the UK over the last 14 years, if anybody has asked me who do I support I just say City.

99 times out of 100 it suffices.

If the person asking is obviously a rag I'll reply "I'm a blue", smile, and then walk away.

This.

I fucking hate the term Man City and it is routinely used by the likes of Robbie Fowler, Paul Merson and Danny Mills when referring to our club.

One positive to come out of the Mancini sacking is we don't have to sing about him coming to Man City anymore.

I don't know any blue that refers to us as Man City any more than once in a.....er..... Bluemoon.
