I have to be careful what I say, but any thoughts on the Renaker/GMCA accusations over funding?
I best not go there.

I know Worsley very well.

Regardless of what people think, GMCA have had a very good return on the money they have lent Renaker. And Renaker have delivered their towers, etc.

All I will say is, some property developers aren’t happy about the amount of money GMCA have lent Renaker, whilst they have either not been lent anywhere near as much money or have been completely over looked by GMCA.

I think it also boils down to trust and knowing the funding is secure and will generate a return and a profit.

We are lucky in Manchester to have some very good property developers based in the city, who work closely with Manchester City Council.
