Victoria Riverside, Manchester | Construction Update
Here are photos and updates from the site of Victoria Riverside in Manchester, latest update of December 2022.
According to updates from the developer (FEC UK): the concrete frames are progressing swiftly with Tower B close to completion. Tower A has reached level 11 and Tower C is at level 15.
Further key milestones have been reached across build this period, with the installation of the unitised façade commencing. The façade has now reached level 4 on Tower C and level 2 on Tower B, allowing for the scheduled internal fit-out to commence. The internal fit-out will include the creation of interior walls alongside elements of electrical, plumbing and mechanical engineering.
The construction schedule for 2023 forecasts completion of the concrete frames at Towers B & C, and the commencement of lift installation and fitting of the unitised façade to Tower A. Further progress on the internal apartment fit-outs can be made once the façade has been installed.
