Ooh I like this!

A consultation has launched on a 208-home development within the 55-acre Dumplington regeneration scheme.

Peel is close to agreeing a sale of a plot to the east of the site to long-time collaborator X1, which is advancing plans for two residential blocks.

The development, located close to the Trafford Centre, will feature properties ranging from one-bedroom apartments to two-bedroom townhouses across a pair of buildings reaching 10 storeys. The homes will be available for sale.

The consultation on X1’s 208-home development will run until 10 March. https://www.traffordwaters-parcel3.co.uk/proposed-development

I Hope that gets a knock back

Love close up pictures like these. Seeing things you wouldn’t normally see unless you have access to a construction site.

I regularly photograph construction sites for RECO. This time it was a bit further and the lifts were also higher. Tessa and I were visiting the English sister company RECO Hoist Hire & Sales. We visited a nice project of Renaker in Manchester.

API's Ross Gardiner caught up with Jack Duncalf from Salboy on how construction is progressing at our Viadux development at Deansgate in Manchester.

This 40-storey tower will feature exclusive one and two bed apartments with stunning views across the city centre and a range of coffee shops, bars and restaurants.

It's great to see the original brickwork from the former railway structures take centre stage for this development and all credit to Salboy and Domis Construction for bringing it up to such a high standard!
