Manchester City releases 2023-24 Annual Report | Record £715m revenue, profit of £73m

I sometimes wonder if Mansour has any idea what is going on with the fanbase. He only hears what he hears from Khaldoon, who only hears what he hears from Soriano with his doctored consultancy driven questionnaires and shit.

Can anyone get a word to him next time they meet him in the bogs in the SS?
Would they be able to recognise him, through the haze of cancer stick smoke?

Metrolink do give free travel on the network to people when it’s the Super League Grand Final at Old Trafford.
Generally anyway, it’s only £2 for travel on local buses.
There could easily be a compromise for cheap or even free travel to City and United games on the Metrolink now it’s all tied into the Bee Network. Maybe they could do £2 to the Etihad/OT on any Met or bus as long as you get a ticket to there/tap out there?
Brighton do this. Free train travel if have match ticket from Eastbourne one side and Worthing the other.

It’s an initiative Liverpool do for fans with an ‘L’ postcode, they also get to apply for tickets a week before they go out on general sale.

I just think it’s a really good initiative. Football clubs exist for the citizens in the town or city they’re situated. Of course there are fans from elsewhere or who have moved away, but the club should always be a service for the local people first and foremost.

Mate fully don’t disagree. Don’t live in Manchester any longer, but imagine both clubs contribute a lot to Manchesters finances. Rewarding fans with free public transport or discounts for public parking would be a start.
Same with club, if your gonna charge £70 for a ticket include pie and a pint.
Something that demonstrates we’re not just considered as an income
