I wouldn't put him in the nets Pants has earned the right to be there not as though he has played every week all season, I would also put out a half and half type squad reversing it for the FA cup game so that all the players are trreated equally and can see that every game is important, switch it round too much and eleven players may think they are second string and from a man management point of view I suspect Pelligrni wants them to consider each player is a valued member of a squad not a team.
