This is where Pellers earns his dough. I have agreed with about 4 different teams/formations so far. I'm glad it isnt up to me to get it right tonight.

Feeling excited and nervous at the same time..Liverpool and city are two of the most attacking sides in the pl and at the same time both are equally susceptive at the back ,so would be an open game this, although obviously i hope city emerge as the winners. It is sort of a must win game too as the upcoming fixtures are no less easier than this one, come on city go for it...:)
"Susceptive?" Sorry mate but our defence is the best in the league, Chelsea conceded fewer last season because of negative tactics only.
And our defence should be even better this season.
Without doubt, I agree.

has anyone got the Stevie G slipping - City fans pitch invasion pic? cracks me up everytime and wanna be giddy for the game tonight.

Anyone know if Lampard will be on the bench today? I cant imagine the media outburst had he to score in the 96th min to win it for us......

Hopefully though we will win it by a larger margin. Being over-cautious I would play with a midfield trio of Yaya, Dinho and Fernando, but you don't win the title by being over-cautious.

Everton fan here off to watch the match tonight with a City friend and hopefully some shared joy as you thrash the rs. Just wanted to tap you all for some inside info. Got Aguero and Nasri in my fantasy team and made Aguero captain for double points. Didn't do my homework and looks like he isn't definite and my only option is to switch to Nasri. Now reading on here that he isn't definite starter either. What is the gut feeling here as to which is the bigger gamble?

Aguero likely to be sub and brought on if needed; Nasri is the more likely starter but less likely to be still on the pitch at the end (if that helps??)

Could someone please try to sneak into our changing room before kick off to explain to Pellers and the team that Liverpool will run very fast a lot straight from kick off and maybe they'll need to do the same?

I think he should spend more time talking about Liverpool's 34 year old defensive midfield player who isn't very fast and not very good defensively. Concentrate on how we're going to target him.

Don't worry CityKev28, I met up in secret with Mr Pellegrini on the glass bridge yesterday and gave him those exact instructions. ;-)
