I love how you started off with a sentence about the Old Firm but completely forgot about the subject because of your hatred for Celtic. Your fans are worse than the huns.
 
I think the Manchester derby(and in some respects the Merseyside derby) has suffered in the past because one team considers themselves to have a 'bigger game' in terms of rivalry, i.e Man Utd v Liverpool. I think this is still the case but it's certainly get closer as your star is rising and Liverpool have failed to make much of an impression over recent years. Ideally we'd surpass the Kopites but even in their shitness we finish below them :(

In terms of globally ours is nothing. Dont know whether its a derby but in terms of rivalry Boca vs River Plate is meant to be 'vicious'.
 
at least our derby turns into a good game of footy more often than not, I`ve been to villa-Bham and Bham-villa and both games were complete shyte with both teams trying to kick lumps out of the other, never again.

in england the machester derby is up there, along with millwall v westham
Britain obv the old firm,
in the world its gotts be Aris vs PAOK if you watch the build up to matches on youtube it mental
