when the mirror group took over the m.e.n. they have had to tow the line with their daily paper and the agenda they have with our club . Nearly every other night the manchester evening comic has an article on a city player leaving kompany(barca),aguero(real),dzeko(arsenal),zabs(real),silva(barca)lescott(everton)kolarov(juventus)barry(villa)sinclair(anywhere) all these stories have appeared since the end of last season , in contrast only rooney from yoooonited has been reported to be on the move. We all know most of yooonited players are shite and teams like barca and madrid wouldnt be interested in signing 2nd class journeyman , but m.e.n. bias and there rag supporting reporters is beyond a joke , i wouldnt wipe my back side with the m.e.n. , just hope peter spencer reads this forum , because the arse licking "sports editor"" is the biggest twat of them all.

Well I take it that are players are so much better than Yoooooniteds. Who the hell cares where their championship level players go? Our Champions League level players garner more interest from the other big clubs.

looked at the M.U.E.N. web site tonight and spencers Q & A session with Brennan , and his first question was basically , when do you think pellegrini will be sacked ? followed by when will richards be leaving ? In all probability M.U.E.N. have a member on this forum , so i would like to know why spencer has to bring such negativity to a club who the M.U.E.N. should be supporting .

Yeah I read the Q/A: Spencer making the usual ilinformed anti city jibes followed by SB trying to add a semblance of neutrality and some footballing knowledge.

Just looked through these old derby pictures posted on the MEN website and noticed the Sickswan described as an "infamous scoreline".
Just wondering what was infamous about it, unless you view it from a rag perspective of course.

I agree,a very strange description.

'sensational' would have been more fitting.Perhaps the author simply has a poor grasp of the English language
