I've reported it to the FSA as an unauthorised collective investment scheme but it might actually be legit. City should do the same as the M62 with that idiotic farmer and build round him.
PB are you victim of popular myth? The M62 is built around Stott Hall Farm (The little house on the prairie) due to the geology of the land, it's nothing to do with them not wanting to move. The land is unstable and they couldn't put both carriageways next to one another due to them getting landslips.
I reckon that it could probably be achieved with today's technology.
