Manchester United Trying To Poach 4 of Our Scouts

Of course it matters,we have our foot on their throat, don't give them an inch

It's not about having the most amount of talent. Sometimes simply allowing them opportunities is better. I have full confidence that 6/7 of the list are going to make it here and that's being conservative. Not to forget we are better than them at all youth levels. We are far ahead of them and set up for at least the next decade so it's all good.

It's not the scouts they need. It's a world class training facility with top class coaches and the promise of a first rate education at one of Manchester's best schools, an education the club continues to pay for even if the player is deemed not up to scratch.
As usual Ed Woodward is proving himself to be an utter fucking cretin when it comes to running a football club. They should have kept him where he excelled, getting new noodle partners.
Poll needed.
Who thinks Ed is doing a great job?

One scout has told City that he is leaving for the red side of Manchester.

But City chiefs – led by Brian Marwood, who has built City's Academy and scouting structure over the past eight years - are hopeful that they can keep the three talent spotters who are yet to decide on their futures.

Who is he !? eh ?

Dudes, it's the fucking mirror. Pay no attention, it's nothing more than hot air in an attempt to make the scum look good and competitive, when even with the overrated one, we and any footy fan knows they are chasing us as we lead the pack of every club in the country, on the field, off it, women and youngsters. Shrug it off and laugh my friends, there is no upper hand by some rag article saying they will try to nick our scouts. Don't worry!!

Well we have the best academy in England from U9s to U18s.

It's going to take them at least ten years to get things back on a level playing field. That's not just down to the scouts either.
