Ive seen quite a few of the Manchester combined XI's in the media , and every single one i have read has Valencia at right back over Walker , its not even close Valencia is a winger who cannot defend , Walker is bona fide full back who defends for his life. They might change their opinions when Sane has torn Valencia another arse hole on Sunday , can't see Young or Rashford doing the same to Walker.
I think Walker is going to be bang up for it. Might even see him put someone in the stands. He’s got that arrogant attitude you need in a derby when the game gets lively. If they try and injure one of ours, Walker will be straight in their face and make it known to the ref.

Woke up to a light layer of snow this morning which has come a day earlier then forecast. Health and safety is probably going into full panic mode as I type.

The desperation of the raggies this week leading up to the Derby tells us City are in their heads.

Slandering us like our players dive, we have a weak defence, Pep supports Boko Haram. The family man and his cretins being rolled out to say United will win and the crowd will get to our players. Pogba wishing our players were injured.

All the while we maintain a dignified silence, we turn up in this game there is only one winner. We ain’t 8 points clear for no reason and we’ve been to tougher places than this and wiped the floor with opposition.

I don't want to predict. What I will say though is that it was tough against Southampton, West Ham and hudders, as they all literally Parked a tripple decker bus, if united come at us, which they will have to really ( they need win more than us), it will create space for us to pick passes and attack. Which is why, maybe, they'll stick to their hoof ball. Stay compact and just hoooooof, let donkey lukaku hold it up and pass onto rashford or lingard. Corners will be fully exploited, so I hope we can handle them.

Personally, I think they'll play very similar to how they play anyway (ie similar to Huddersfield, West Ham and Southampton) knowing we will be going for the win and pressing the game.

I actually think they will come out of the blocks pressing for a goal like last week against the arse in the first 15 while we settle, try to get at least 1 up then revert to type.

Sitting back all game will be no good, we have broken every team down eventually, they need to get in front early and battle the onslaught

Read so many times that this is our toughest game of the season , when really beating the current champions Chelsea resoundingly and thrashing the unbeaten leaders of Serie A , Napoli both away from home are far more difficult than going to a ground where we have won 4 of the last 6 visits . OK the Rags have gone 40 games unbeaten at home but they havedrawn plenty of those and their last home defeat was against who ? Dippers and Spuds away will both be more difficult games because they are good footballing teams the Rags do not come into that category , there just a West Brom with a few quid.

Totally agree, they will search for an early goal then sit back, if they fail to score they will revert to type and sit deep after 20mins. The major downside to this philosophy is that they havent even come close to playing a team like ourselves with our movement etc. Even if they did score an early goal it will be in their heads that one isnt enough because we have the mentalitity to break a defence down and get the winner if needed.

This game is a must win for them and how they play is even more important. If they decide to sit back and try and counter, the smount if possession we will have will not only tire their defenders out mentally and physically, but it will also shut the home support up. If a united counter at some stages occur and they come to nothing the home support will start to turn negative very quickly and play into our hands

The Rags will coming flying out of the blocks tomorrow when they "unleash" their crowd on us :) , they will be hoping for an early goal to defend for their lives and then play on the break , if we do not concede early doors we will pick them off , alternatively if we did go a goal down our team and manager do not panic , we just play our game and eventually will win come away with a result. Supreme confidence in what Pep has brought to the club and really cannot see PEG's transparent tactics winning this one unless Oliver bottles it and we end up with ten men for some reason like celebrating a goal or breaking wind

They made a lot of noise last season, including the media...then we did our talking on the pitch. Same will happen tomorrow.

If I remember correctly it ricocheted off the ground and hit his arm held near his side. In no way was it deliberate nor did it affect the play in any way, he was in acres of space with just the keeper to beat, the goal should have stood and it would have been the first victory against them in something like 12 years. A clear very annoying example of biased refereeing denying us a significant and important derby win.

Below is an exert from the Guardian mate :-
"These were valid points. Yet, by the same thinking, City could actually feel aggrieved not to have left Old Trafford cherishing their first league double over United since the 1969-70 season. In the third and final minute of stoppage-time Goater turned the ball beyond Roy Carroll again. This time, though, Nicolas Anelka was penalised for allowing an awkwardly bouncing ball to flick off his right glove, however unintentional it was, after Marc-Vivien Foé's cross had deflected off Silvestre's instep and spun on to the crossbar. Anelka did not complain vociferously but that did not dilute the feeling that, just then, United's luck was in."
