Mate they do it every year. It's so predictable and tedious yet they think they are doing something new every time.
 
Looks as if it will be called off. And postponed to the NY due to snow. Which is good news as Stones should be back by then.

It's possible mate, of course, I just think Mourinho will go with his usual default setting of not losing to your rivals as his basic starting point, and hope they do get a goal lead at some point hitting us on the break, they have the qualities in the right areas to do that, he also knows that almost all our matches from now on will be met by sides with 10 men behind the ball, some will be successful and we will drop points, but here I think his main goal will be to not lose any further ground, but, we also have a say in that :-)

Yep...it will just give us extra incentive to beat them so I’m not even bothered
 
Many of the press are reporting it this morning. Ok it's only press but the met office are saying the northwest and Manchester could get 200mm of snow late tonight tomorrow morning. If we get half that I can see the GMP and emergency services wanting the game postponed for health and safety reasons. We live in a nanny state these days.
 
It's arrived a day early. I am maybe five miles from the swamp and although it is only a light covering of snow now the sky looks moody with more snow forecast.

If it continies to snow and transport links are able to function then there should be no issue, the pitch is heated and will melt the snow, the problems last year when games were called off were when it stopped snowing and started turning the either slush or ice making pavements dangerous.

At presemt no transport issues reported on buses, trams and trains and are running fine.

Tomorrow may be different but no reason to postpone it yet.
