Understand what you are saying, but most fans see only the manager, the team and the money so you can understand why they would be frustrated at losing a manager who has won us trophies.

i dont want him to go, but i cant help but feeling that the players dont really respect him all that much. he seems to have pissed a few of them off and none of them have really ever come out and said what a plesure it is to play under mancini and given him their backing. none have come out and said anything. maybe the players arent too fussed if he goes

Edited I soon as I posted. The whole football world has known he's going back to Chelsea for 2 months. Begiristain and Soriano wouldn't hire him in the same way he wouldn't work for them after they rejected him at Barca.
