Fecking hell - some of you need to lie down.

Apparently it's open season on City, from our own fans.

Mancini can do no wrong.

However, Begiristain, Soriano, Khaldoon, Sheikh Mansour, Vicky Kloss, and others are all incompetent.

Mancini has done a truly superb job of deflection.
I can't believe how blinkered people are to his man management or personality short comings.

So you know him personally do you?

Or else the people making those decisiong aren't as good as you think they are.

Between Khaldoun, Txiki, Ferran, Sheikh Mansour and Simon Pearce there's enough experience for me to be comfortable that they do know what they're doing.

I don't know if you have an inside line into how Txiki and Ferran operate but anything they have done has been under the radar. I can't see any impact externally since they arrived, except for maybe a destabalising of the power balance.

From the outside it looks like Marwood and Vicky have been responsible for numerous debacles relating to the manager of the football club, he is the most important man at the club. Bobby has been undermined by those working against him which is a fucking disgrace if you ask me.

Or you could look at it that he has tried to shaft both of them and its backfired. I don't know either way as I don't have the esp powers some on here have.

What I do know is Mancini appeasrs to have this season criticized at least 2 club employees in public. Neither of them having the ability to reply

Mancini career win % 59
Pellegrini career win % 49

Pellegrini is another dour fucking ****. Just keep Bob for fuck sake

Jurgen Klopp - 48% but some would have him here in a second.

Both coaches spent more time at lesser clubs where a higher win % is unrealistic. But at top clubs both have improved win %, just like Mancini at Inter and City compared to Lazio and Fiorentina. Klopp 57% at Dortmund, Pellegrini 75% at Real Madrid, Mancini 59% at City.

People are always polarised in their opinions Tolmie..

can you consider for a second that Mancini has been undermined this season and is fighting a battle that no manager should ever have to fight within a well run football club.

the manager should have the unwavering support of every employee within a well run football club, until the day he is out the door.

Eh?

Mancini's been quite happy criticising his players, falling out with senior execs, firing long-term employees and engaging in jobs-for-the-boys with his mates for years.

He lived by the sword, he died by the sword.

According to Brennan, no announcements this week. So RM in charge for last two games....at least!
How does he know?! He is just guessing.

For those saying that Mancini had the team playing great last year, you're really glossing over our form from basically January onward. Most of the football we played even in the run in was the same stuff we're playing today, struggling to get goals and no real plan b type of stuff. We were surely all moaning about it when we were down to QPR.

Which was a disgrace. We were losing to fucking QPR and pulled it back from a corner and a toe poke which Aguero was able to run onto. Which takes nothing away from our team, we beat those fucking red bastards and got treated to all those shots of their lot with their stupid faces out of place and it was glorious. But from a tactics perspective, we didn't seem to be properly up for that game either.

We played some beautiful stuff the first few months of last season. It's been largely missing since even domestically, and that's not even bringing into play our absolutely gash European performances in both the CL and Europa. Everyone seems to forget how poor we were in the Europa.

i dont want him to go, but i cant help but feeling that the players dont really respect him all that much. he seems to have pissed a few of them off and none of them have really ever come out and said what a plesure it is to play under mancini and given him their backing. none have come out and said anything. maybe the players arent too fussed if he goes

sad to say as most oh his ex players !!

If someone isn't performing, from the playing staff to the tea lady, then he has the right to criticize in whatever way he feels fit.

Ferguson has criticized everyone at United over the years and not only gotten away with it.

Let me put it this way.. A fucking PR executive isn't going to win us the Premier League next season.. so see ya Vicky love. The manager should be number 1.

She has failed.

Yet she's not only still got a job, but she has been made a director. Much like Marwood, someone else who half this forum thinks is incompetent. Yet Mancini's been given his marching orders. Surely that's proof enough that maybe, just maybe, Mancini isn't as good as you think he is and Kloss isn't as bad as you think she is.

Had the pleasure of speaking to Vicky and Garry Cooke during the tour of South Africa and the question of our handling of the press was raised with concern then.

They both said that the club was following a carefully laid out plan when it came to the press and saw no reason to start playing games with them, getting into petty squabbles every 5 mins over every article written.

The way some are going for her throat here, you would of thought she played 3 at the back and stuck Lescott up front!
There might be some sort of Napoleonic 'carefully laid out plan' when it comes to the press. From the outside looking in, that plan seems to support open season on the Manager at every press conference. If that is some sort of carefully laid out plan, then the outcome of that plan has been to allow the manager to be open to ridicule.

I think Vicky and her team need to revisit their plan.
