Mancini Breaking News Part 4

We've had a crap weekend. I had hoped that all this Pellegrini gossip was just the media. However its become clearer now that the club have been planning a managerial change from the beginning of the year onwards. I've always said my support for Mancini wasn't unconditional and I don't think a Final defeat to Wigan would have influenced that. What does disturb me greatly though is the Tommy Gun approach Roberto has adopted with regards who is to blame in all this fiasco and the other situations this season. But one thing shouldn't be forgotten, the guy has won us a Trophy and a Title in the last 3 years and whatever the pluses and minuses of his ramblings and shooting from the hip, he had earnt the right to go with dignity. He certainly doesn't deserve to have been hung out to dry as he has been. The fact the senior management team don't see it that way is certainly a surprise to me. In life you should rise above these things and act with dignity and respect. Hope we learn the lessons and conduct ourselves in an appropriate manner in the future. Something along the lines of how we did at the final whistle on Saturday night in congratulating Wigan and their supporters.

So if players like Kompany , silva , Kun turn round and ask for a transfer as they don't get on with bob

who goes bob or the players

which forces certain peoples hands
The players go.

The day the players start dictating the manager, is the day we become Chelsea.
NO player (or manager) is bigger than the club.

One of the reasons for United's success is that the players KNEW who was boss. Rightly or wrongly, what Ferguson said was gospel.
Some call it bullying, and there's a good case for that. Others call it firm leadership, and there's an equally good case for that.
But when you count their trophies... I think I'd opt for a 'firm leader' every day of the week.

and bingo was his name-o

I think he bought a stencil set from the sunshine club.

Very very interesting read: <a class="postlink" href="http://www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/football/article-2323653/Manuel-Pellegrini-verge-taking-Manchester-City-job-turning-Malaga-Premier-League-stepping-stone.html#comments" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;">http://www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/footba ... l#comments</a>

I said before this has shades of the Mourinho Chelsea saga. City will get some new managers win a few trophies, and sack a few. In five years the fans will be singing for Mancini and one day he'll be back, he'll have a few trophies with him.

Not a chance. Our owners are nothing like Abramovich and while Pellegrini may indeed be a short term manager(he can't be anything but taking his age into account) there is no way they will go down the same route as the Russian.

PSG reject bid for Ancelotti. Probably not directly related but could have knock on effect for Pellers.

PSG turned down but Ancelottie refuses to say he is staying.

Obviously done in sensational style by the scottish git

Sad at how Mancini has been treated but for me its time for a change.

Hoping Pellegrini can get Silva, Aguero and Yaya back on top form and take us further in Europe.

Also interesting to note Mancini's poor record against Moyes and Mou, arguably his top competition next season for trophies domestically. Hopefully Pellegrini will put these 2 in their place.

Regardless of your views on the subject- the guy looks like a complete and utter idiot.
You'll have to narrow the list down there mate..

Haha.....!

The guy protesting....

But yeah, it could have been seen as quite vague...

Yep, I think we can all agree that he's a bit of a dick. If he's a genuine blue who thought that writing MUST in big red letters was the way forward he's a dick, if he's a rag after a bit of attention he's a dick. I suppose sometimes you just can't escape being a dick...and that's talking from experience! Haha!
