Jose, Rafa probably others but only two I can think of right now...
Please show me quotes where these 2 moan about their bosses whilst they are still employed there?

Post any quote where Mancini has slagged the owners. Simple answer is you can't
So everytime he whines about not getting RVP, Hazard, De Rossi etc you think that has nothing to do with the Sheikh?

How is moaning everytime we play shit about not bringing in the players in he wanted not directed at the Sheikh?

Do you think Marwood held all the cards in the summer? Mancini and the Sheikh were willing to pay £35 million for Hazard but Marwood wouldn't let them.
Exaggerations like this lead to assumptions like yours.
Except the Dortmund game where he stated it was his fault and he knew the problems and would sort them out when has he ever taken responsibility. He moans and says 'Iz Football'
How is taking responsibility for a defeat "moaning"?

They should issue a statement of support or explain there decision to give him the boot.

They don't have to explain a shit to anyone and they won't explain a shit to anyone.

You will read a classic "wish you good luck Bobby, you will always be in our hearts" official statement, you'll see few Mancini's pics on the OS and that's it.

Mourinho has never had a go at Perez, he's slated the media and his players but never the hierarchy and especially the owner
Did Mancini have a go at the owner? If so, I missed that part.

Mourinho has had a DoF fired by going directly against him using Madrid's title win over Barcelona. He attacks everyone. I say this as a fan of the man.
Yet Mancini's relationship with the Sheikh broke down. He clearly did something other than moan about the lack of spend to piss the Sheikh off
That isn't what you claimed. You made two claims. First you claimed Mancini moaned about the owner. If he has, please point that out as it changes things. Second, you claim Mourinho had not done the same moaning about a club's hierarchy. That is categorically incorrect.

Any manager losing the dressing room not the odd player is gone, Slur bacon, Mou anybody, now look at the lack of movement at times from the middle of last season, none worse than Saturday, we will see how they play once the shackles come off, and everyone feels like they have a chance.

Not sure it applies to Mancini. Mancini has never had the dressing room. He does not court the dressing room. Mancini's angle is to make the players do it for themselves not for him. Doing it 'for the manager' is an alien concept. Its one of the reasons why he can improve players (well those he deems worthy and doesn't bomb out) he makes them look at themsleves and if they are the 'right types' improvement will come helped by the fact that Mancini is a very good technical coach.

But the lack of warmth or the personal touch may always be a problem but I doubt he will change that.

That works for year or two, when you exploit it to the last bit, it's a downfall then.

You can play hard games with someone for some time but when one, two or three get enough of that, you're doomed.

Yes. Unless you get rid of those two or three players. Its not a game though. It just the way he is. Like it. Don't like it. Mancini isn't interested one way or the other. Its tough environment that he creates. If you want it toned down you need to employ someone else. Which is what is happening I guess.

No, it doesn't.

Shame this is being dragged out like this. Would really prefer the club to just make it official, and then negotiate the details in their own time.

It's hard to know what to make of what's happened in the last few days. I'm obviously glad he's going, I'd be a hypocrite to say otherwise. I'm disappointed that it's unfolding like this. If it's true that nobody (Khaldoun, Ferran etc) had given Mancini a clue that his job was in danger in the last couple of months, particularly in light of all the speculation, then thats unfortunate. However Mancini's a clever man who's been around the block enough time to know this is football.

Haha presume the "this is football" was intentional!
Agree-wish we could hear something. I am a little disappointed that we have barely heard anything from sorriano or txiki since they arrived. Think we may have to wait until tomorrow now though.....

I should bloody hope so. A nice professional statement from both sides with love and kisses at the bottom for cosmetic reasons and to make us all feel better.
