"Roberto Mancini still in charge at Manchester City. Has arrived at QPR's Loftus Rd to train #mcfc before their game v Reading FC tomorrow."

if he is being sacked its a joke hes training the team at the moment

The word 'SACKED' should be changed to 'relieved and handsomely rewarded'. Only normal people get sacked, losing everything, football coaches just get short lived embarassing moments that are well and truly compensated.

Just a quick one, a united fan is slating us for what is happening, and is saying it's karma for Mancini being in the stands when Hughes was sacked. That didn't actually happen, did it?
Nope. There was a backhanded apology over it too from the journo(name escapes me)

No. Just someone who doesn't have a sly dig just because he likes Mancini. Pellegrini speaks fluent English. Took me 30 seconds to find out.

WHo said i like mancini? im just saying bringing a manager in, who is a renowned motivator / man manager, whats the point if he can't speak english well, and the translator is a boring **** that could send a glass eye to sleep.

He can speak English.

I thought he must as most Chileans I have encountered have good levels of English. It seems to be a very important part of their curriculum and their proximity and links to the U.S. have much to do with it

WTF, can't believe this. if he's staying city would surely have issued a statement by now

One things for sure we all have to stick together, no point in giving media more ammunition.

Been through the bad old days to appreciate what we now have.

Every RAG who as had a pop at me over City I smile and state as long as we have Sheik Mansour I am very happy.

You're like one of those Japanese soldiers they were finding on remote islands who still thought the war was going on in the 1970s.

Show a bit of dignity, mate.

Dignity..you mean like all the outers have twds Mancini..you included>>??

Tell it to Txiki, mate.

He agreed with us all along.

Yeah, he probably formulates his vision based on the views of posters on here!

The issues I have with this topic are;

At the moment it is just speculation.

Lack of any statement from the club.

Reports in the press causing massive damage to all involved.

What appears to be a Press section who are giving the impression that they are powerless to take control of this situation.

We have 2 games and need another point to ensure second place, this is not helping the manager, players or calming down our own fans.

Along with others I was hoping for a prolonged period of stability in relation to the position of manager.

Finally until the club issue some statement the press and our own will make their own interpretation of this whole sorry affair.
