Maybe, just maybe, the muppet show (FI's description) are realising, finally, what a good thing we have got in Mancini and simply playing devil's advocate for the sake of not admitting they were wrong is the only option left. Maybe a couple of bad performances early in the season vs Ajax, the season after we won the league, are not quite as definitive as they first thought. Maybe the realistic outlook that we will not win every season is finally creeping up on them, in addition, we are fucking brilliant when we turn it on and there is no other football manager on the planet who can guarantee anything. At the very least, our current manager puts the chances in our favour against the scum every time. We hurt them last year, which is why they have been so formidable this season. Sunday is another test, but like when we won it last time, our tougher test in the FA cup was in the semi. We win Sunday and we can be confident for the final. Who do we thank for this potential glory? Of course, Sheikh Mansour, and then the man who put it together, Bobby Manc. And, hopefully, we ain't seen nothing yet. We did business over the last few years for future prospects, hopefully in the summer window Txili and Bob work together and bring in some 1st team quality. Then when next season kicks off we get off to a flyer (like we did last season) instead of our star player being injured in the first game like this season!Pablo1 said:FantasyIreland said:Keegan.........
'For me, Mancini has done a great job. It’s not easy when so many new players are brought in. They have to gel, and if it was that easy, everyone would do it. They have had some disappointing performances this year, especially in Europe, but if I was a Man City fan, I’d wake up every morning thinking there’s a lot more to look forward to.’

Ooh, just before I go to bed as well. Shall enjoy reading the 10 pages of you being called a **** by all sundry when I log in tomorrow.. Haha!
Maybe the "muppet show" have realized that sharing their thoughtful analysis is just casting pearls before swine. And the "muppet show" are City fans, and have no agenda to unsettle the club, nor do most of us believe that Mancini is a bad person or even a bad manager. But call us a "muppet show" and we'll be glad to compare IQs or miles spent following City through the years.
