Mancini fear of failure?

All those who want Mancini sacked are still wearing Swales tinted specs!!

We do need top 4 though!!!!!!!!!!!!!

But then what if we achieve that top 4th spot, and get knocked out in the early rounds of the CL!!!! Mancini outters will be at it again. So it seems to me that whatever he does, he can't win unless he wins everything!!!

Mourinho is NOT coming to City. If he goes anywhere in the Uk it will be to Stretford Rangers. So tell me, who do you want, Hiddink? The merry go round contiunes!!!!!!

for me, as a mancini outer, its not about winning everything though. it never has been. ive been a season ticket holder for 14 years now and one or two more seasons wont hurt me. i could go another 35 years without a trophy and id still be here.

its the manner in which we play games that grinds me personally. his tactics seem to be one dimensional, teams have sussed us. possessional football has never worked in the PL and never will do.

who would i have instead? jose, hiddink, sven just off the top of my head.

and as far as 'the merry round continues' wouldnt you rather see some good football, an inspirational manager at a cost of just one or two more seasons? there are many blues who are not enjoying the football at the moment and mancini's way of playing is partly down to that.

i know we need stability, but christ, let us enjoy the football

and yet you are advocating Jose as his replacement. Did you see Mancini's inter after a year he had been there?

Is that the team who won 5 trophies including the European Cup?

Fuck stability, it's overrated. Ask Middlesborough.

jose is different to bm. jose's squad loved him, he was a mentor to them. he had charisma, charm. he did play some nagative football. but he shut up shop when they were 2-0 up, not at 0-0.

jose has plan b, plan c even a plan d....mancini doesnt have any backup plans.

huge huge difference in the two and thats why jose was the no1 target and top 4 or not this season, he should be our top target again

It was stability with Mancini and Mancini building a stable, successful squad that allowed Mourinho to come in, buy a few players and win the lot.

I'll ask Middlesbrough as well about stability and i know the answer will be they still wish they had Steve McClaren and were a premier league club.

-- Wed Mar 02, 2011 11:43 am --

We are building a club, it does not fit with Jose's masterplan.

You could probably ask arsenal they haven't won anything for 5-6 years.

Oh right, so it was Saint Bob who should take the credit for the European Cup at Inter then. That nasty Jose came in and grabbed his glory.
