has anything been planned for blackburn?

i could make a bedsheet banner reminiscent of the nelly banner? but i was thinking a giant bar scarf?

would only cost about £30 to make and would probably be about 25ft long?

haha! I could make it myself in my kitchen.. couple of bed sheets a pair of scissors and a sewing machine! probably about 4 or 5 hours work?
