That question is impossible for any reasonable person to answer now, at the end of the season you evaluate the maneger, and in this case Mancini have been given a target to get us in the champions league and if he fails you have to look around and see if there is a better maneger out there.

Take the season overall when its finished. If were 4th or above we reached our main objective. Then kick on from there - consistency of manager - consistency of performance - consistency of results.

for me yes.
if we can upgrade managers we HAVE to do it. no point sticking with wrong guy for the sake of it. mourinho is widely regarded as the best we must move for him if available<br /><br />-- Mon Mar 21, 2011 8:43 pm --<br /><br />and i just think the way we play we rely on individual players far too much, rather than the team as a whole, so if for eg tevez is misfiring we may struggle and that is why under mancini we will never have the consistency to go on and win the league imo
