Don't love how the forum has gone into meltdown over it and blues having issues with each other.

Love City...

Everyone from player to manager is an employee, they come and go but the club remain.

Blues having 'wars' comes down to a split in ranks where each see the future differently. I myself believe we can do better than Mancini when it comes to management. If I said who do you prefer as a player, Barry or De Rossi? If you say De Rossi it doesn't mean you hate Barry or wish him a bad turn, if just means you rate De Rossi better. I myself believe Jose and Klopp are better managers and would love to see them here.

The problem is unfortunately is that debate tends to be childish and replies have insults/abuse in them because people get frustrated when their point doesn't stick. Mancini has guided our squad to a dismal campaign so far. People can disagree and call people haters but eyes don't lie. People are quick to label any 'outers' as all things under the sun but it's ridiculous, people are just as entitled to their opinion as if they are Mancini in or Mancini out as long as their opinion has solid judgement and reasoning.

If I said I don't like Mancini as manager because he waves imaginary cards (Liverpool last season I believe), then that's a poor reason as it means I gloss over his positives. Yet people hate Mourinho because he poked Tito in the eye (shit I know but look at Pardew for instance, ha shagged a players missus 'allegedly'), rather than look at his record trophy haul and the fact he is unrivalled in Europe and domestically for his age.

Simply put, people need to grow up a bit and remain on topic and fair when they debate. You wouldn't expect to be taken seriously at work if you had a staff meeting and you argued with a colleague and instead of solid replies you start arguing some inane bollocks instead just like a few on here do (TCM for example). It's pathetic and needs to stop. Why else come on a forum to discuss. If they like having people agree with them then I suggest they recording themself on your phone saying something and play and nod in approval.

even if you think klopp and jose are better for us (which is debatable) are they available/ willing to come?

if not, who else is there better than mancini? IMO no one.

OMG NO !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i WOULDN'T GIVE HIM 20HRS.

Some people are such blinkered sheep. The man has fallen short in everything concerned with management.
Sure, lets give him another 250m to waste. He's cost us a years development and left us with a 'team' who dont play for each other and most of whom aren't good enough - sorry, but just beating a lowly championship side at home isnt a cure all for me.....................

You believe we can do better than Mancini? Really? so what he has won is not good enough for you? And your not willing to give Mancini at least 2 more seasons of the back of that?! I respect your view but its baffling with the thinking of some city fans just can't get me head around it..

there was a 5 year plan when mancini came in, 5 years to win the league, qualification for the champs league every year in the meantime.

mancini has completed that and more (FA CUP) in 3 years.

You clearly haven't listened to a word Khaldoon's been saying, or have any concept of the "accelerated spending" strategy we took in light of FFP.

Forza Mancini. How anyone can call this season dismal is beyond belief. 2nd best prem season EVER, QF's of FA Cup (favourite to get to Wembley for SF). Mancini is delivering what has been asked for him and more. Some people on here are turning into RAGs with the way they feel we should be winning things every year. We have been spoilt already. I hope he is here for many years to come and leaves a lasting legacy.
