I'm not entirely sure here,and I may be speaking from a position of inexperience in such matters,but I always thought that you moderators had the ability to stop folks returning at all?
He's a wum,he winds folks up,he isn't even a blue,nobody can stand him,and he starts shit threads.
People get banned for less.
I'm sure I could think of one if I tried hard enough.

Imagine a thread dedicated to abusing that other rag wum muppet Mancio. It'd get pulled and not that i'm calling certain moderator/s hypocritical, but surely they'd be lobbying Ric to get the nasty culprits banned for being deliberately provocative and not being respectful to their fellow forum users.

Oh but it's ok because Tevez City doesn't like Mancini therefore the moderator/s in question have done away with the CoC in this instance.
