Mancini doesn't need to look at himself at all , he knows he is a very good manager and every city fan knows it aswell . I agree that he made mistakes , in terms of Kolo playing and the formation we played , but how much has he got right for us over the past 2 and a half years , he alone has turned a bunch of talented individuals into a team and won us a trophy and got us into the chanmpions league. He may have made a mistake but he doesn't need to look himself

Mancini has been excellent for City and needs the fans support now. However he is not perfect and what I find worrying is that under his management is that the team rarely recovers from going a goal down to win a game. Hopefully that will come in time with him as City manager.
