wait until the end of the fucking season.

if he gets 4th its mission accomplished.

sign a few more players in the summer, let him have another crack. and i will guarantee we will be a lot stronger next season.

hes a proven manager. ok hes got a few games wrong this season but he's still young and learning. we let this man go and we will regret it i tell you.

the only way id replace him is if mourinho becomes available. but otherwise lets give him at least 2 (only fucking 2) full seasons.

chopping and changing doesn't work.

Make your mind up! Is he young and learning or is he a proven manager. He can't be both.
In two full seasons he would kill this Club. His arrogance and stubbornness prevent him from making progress.

he's both.

yes he is young and naive at times. but he has proven he can be a successful manager by winning trophies. whats so difficult to understand about that?

If we beat United it will all change again.

If we win the FA Cup and secure Champions League, which is not out of the question, then he will be the next messiah.

Mancini's name was being screamed in exultation at the start of the Liverpool game!

remember pearce's team? we expected to beat notts co, leicester, reading, bolton/stoke and to give utd a game.

top 4? hughes was sacked for not being on target for top 4, so the owners pretty much said that we had a squad good enough for top 4, added to that £130m, 18 months worth of time and chelsea and liverpool both having their mini self destructions, we are still in the same postition battling it out for 4th.

Anyone who follows us home and away and pays good money to watch us, knows mancini is not the man for us.

Makes interesting reading this so thought I'd add my thoughts
For what it's worth Mancini could be a tactical genius
But it appears players r just not with him like in
Any business they need to get on the same path if not
Surely his tenure it dOomed in they don't buy into him
Then the players rnt going to go that extra mile
Just look at daglish at liverpool those players
Would do anything for daglish as his man management
Is excellent in my opinion surely that's 90 % of the
Battle will the board back him over this ? I'm just not
Sure

If Mancini secures a Champion's League place then he will be here next season.

Everyone knows that.

I cant believe some of our fans. During a win we're all singing his name etc and applauding his decisions yet after a loss everyone jumps on his back and calls for him to be fired.
Can you not just stick by a manager for once, we are in the FA cup semi final and have a very real chance of getting 4th or 3rd what is wrong with that??

That can't be correct.

We've had posters on here the last couple of days assuring us that it's the negativity tumbling down from the terraces that is holding us back, it's the out and out criticisms of Mancini that is forcing him to change his way of working.

That just doesn't sound all that negative, to be honest, now does it?

But to be fair, I've not missed a home game all season, and even though I have never once heard any chant directed at Mancini criticising him, supposedly it's all the fans' fault whenever we lose games!

I am not deaf mate. It was quite clearly sang at the start of the Liverpool match.

well this place has changed after the sunderland game thats for sure.

I found Mancini's admittance that the 5-0 scoreline surprised him to speak volumes about his lack of desire to attack and take Teams apart.

If our present shower do finish 4th then there's no need to replace him. He's easily earned more time by giving City their highest ever Premiership finish.
