Mancini out (Merged)

Give the guy a break! He has admitted he got it wrong and we should let him get on with the job in hand - FA Cup Winners and CL qualification!

Losing to Liverpool isn't the end of our Season, we have the chance to go on and do something really special and if Mancini delivers he will have done something which Ferguscum didn't achieve in his first full Season in charge at the Swamp, and everyone knows how the Scum's patience with him has been vindicated.

Expect a completely different attitude on Saturday and when we get the job done, expect the usual Mancini inners to come out in force!

CTID and some more!

Mancini said they would lose the semi the day after the draw was announced. When your manager says you can't compete with them but will be able to next year it pretty much signals that the end is near. They've had a cake walk through the FA Cup draw and it'll come to an end on Saturday.

The sad thing is that Fergie won't be resting his best players tomorrow and they'll still be able to play on Saturday. There's no way the powers that be will accept his horrible tactics and willingness to keep the team right on the bubble instead of solidifying their CL spot.

He reminds me of Ranieri.

Not really good enough for where we want to go. I think he should be gone imo, he clearly isn't working or shown anything that he can take the club forward.

Imagine him in the CL next season with his negative tactics. If we lose to the rags, he will be out imo.

He can't have a team in Europe, that's been proven this season. All he'll do is complain about fixture congestion and lack of a winter break. Other English teams have had success in Europe but their manager didn't cry about having to play all the time.

Re: Mancini out

I just wish I knew who is worthy of managing us. I'd be tempted to get in Big Sam for the short term given that he's available. Anyone who can bring a bit of simplicity to our game. We are crap because everything is too complicated. If we did a few simples things well with the players we have we'd be great to watch. I have waited a lifetime for a cup and I'm willing to wait a few more years if it means its won proper - that means not be fannying about Mancini style. We are worst to watch than under Pearce. I don't blame the players, most are trierscand the rest are utterly confused IMO. Sooner Mancini goes the better.

Yeah yeah yeah. Damocles. It's been 12 months of me being told I'm being knee jerk. With respect - I can't stand the guy. Actively despise him. I truly believe he's a garbage manager. I'm sure you can patronize the fuck out of me with lots of long winded prose about his abilities. Won't change my opinion. You're backing a loser, and time will prove me right. Until then the floor is yours....

I'm backing a guy I've watched successfully manage for coming on to 10 years, you're dismissing a guy you've watched for 12 months in a brand new league.

You think he's a 'garbage manager', and he shows you his personal trophy cabinet. Point proven. It's really as simple as that sometimes.

As you say though, you won't change your opinion given any points or arguments that anybody make. That isn't a good thing, in the real world, we call those people fanatics.

Lastly, you say that you "can't stand the guy". You don't know him. You don't know his personality. You can't stand someone who you have never met nor had any particular contact with. I find that somewhat strange.

To be a great leader you have understand the people you lead, what motivates them and what days off they prefer.

this^^ ade got slagged to fuck on this forum and so did bridge but now we lose one game, we should recall them cos their replacements are shit. what a crock of shit. if anyone thinks we are above losing a game at anfield, u really need to question yourself not our manager!
Above losing at Anfield? No.

Above being decimated at Anfield in a season where Blackpool won there? Well, we should be. But with this clown in charge, obviously not.

how did the rags and chelsea do at anfield? pointless utterly pointless

Re: Mancini out

I want him out and ive said it since the beginning of the season. The only game ive enjoyed this season was the 5-0 last week. Every other game has been disappointing in how we have approached it and how we have played. The 1-0 against Chelsea was a very good result but we where lucky to win that game imo.

Most of the players hes brought in have been poor to say the least. AJ and Silva are the only ones that dont fall into this.

Kolarov is no better than Garrido who i would have kept. Boateng is always injured and when he does manage to get on the pitch he isnt good enough. Balo is a good player but his attitude lets him down. Milner is just another average midfielder like his mate Barry. Milner stood out in a shit team last year and isnt technically good enough for a top 4 team. Yes he'll put a shift in but so will Darius Vassell, does that mean he should be playing? The last one is Dzeko. This guy is the worst of his buys. I keep hearing he needs time but he should have at least shown something if hes as good as everybody says. Hes shown nothing in any of the games and hes only managed a few goals against shocking teams.

He has to go at the end of the season and we need someone who isnt scared to lose. Mancini sets out to not lose but you cant win things in England like that. In Italy he was luck that Juve had been relegated and AC where shit like they are now. He never won the Champs league yet Mourinho takes over and he does.

Id like Mourinho because he knows how to manage in England and although Chelsea where boring at times at least he won something. Also i dont ever remember him coming out saying Chelsea wouldnt win a trophy like Mancini has.

The liverpoool team seem to be upping their game, for the bigger teams, im not defending how we played, we were shocking, but as many people keep pointing out weve spent 300 million, we shud be able to bring any palyer in and they shud perform, football isnt that simple im afraid. mancini is not to blame. yes he should have played dejong, i was gobsmacked when his name wasnt in the line up, but you would think, an england captain and yaya toure would be enough, its not like he pt out reserve or youth players. Had it of came off he would have been a genius. It didnt. Its not the end of the world. Even the best make mistakes. Hardly likely to lose his job over it. Get behind the team!!!

Why aren't we?

im not defending how we played, we were shocking, but as many people keep pointing out weve spent 300 million, we shud be able to bring any palyer in and they shud perform,

If you've bought the wrong players, then they won't perform!

football isnt that simple im afraid. mancini is not to blame.

So it wasn't Mancini's fault that he changed a winning team?!

Not his fault that he played the pedestrian Millner, Barry and Ya Ya against a team which ran rings around them?!

Not his fault that he rests our best two midfeilders in De Yong and Silva for a game FIVE days away?!

yes he should have played dejong,

But that's not his fault?

Even the best make mistakes.

But the best learn from them. Mancini doesn't - cos he's clueless in the Prem. Nearly every BIG game he's had, he bottles it.

Utd twice last season. Twice this. Spurs last season. Chelsea, Arsenal, Kiev....

Yet it's not Mancini's fault?

LOL.
