So instead of celebrating what is an Inter fans dream you'd rather slight the achievement?

I can't get my head around that. That is the epitome of biting your nose to spite your face.

Haters gonna hate, even if it's your own club. Twisted.
Well well well.

Well well well.

At which point have I compared Mancini to Hughes unfavorably for spending money?

At which point have I slighted our achievements last season and the season before because of players bought?

I moan because we have the players, the academy, the stadium, the board etc but not the elite manager. I've said many a time that Mancini should stay unless we get an elite manager. At no point have I ever knocked our League triumph by saying Aguero 35m etc.

Fair dues though, nearly had me ;)

Indeed :)

seriously i can't think of any other fans who would be calling for or even discussing the options of removing a manager whilst being the current league champions.

well done.
you bring shame on our club .

Planning for the future. You can bet your bottom dollar the board will be making moves for players and maybe manager right now. If they don't they'll be too late come summer.

Europe's the barometer imo.

-- Tue Feb 19, 2013 8:28 pm --

By the way, Hazard (the bullet we dodged apparently) scored 7 and assisted 7 in 20 odd games in the league.

Some bullet.

Pretty different to publicly slaughtering phil caicedo on here despite being told he read the website to learn English and to get to know the club.

THAT brings fucking shame on our club and fans...the single most disgusting thing I have seen on this forum.

Ah. i see your pro-mancini this week bill. must have played well at the weekend, eh?

'Shame on the club' PMSL!!!

The whole of football, except a deluded few, know Mancini is under serious pressure. The fact that you don't think it's worthy of discussion says more about you than the rest of the football world.

Perspective about Mancini please. If we were mid table, he'd not provided any significant silverware then I'd say he needs replacing. Turning a team like city into champions takes a while for the culture to bed in. And us fans need to sometimes take a step back and see that we are still a work in progress in all areas on and off the field. Even if it means changing our fan own culture of changing the manager when we hit a dip in form or when our overly inflated expectations are not met! For me, Mancini should be firmly in the IN camp.

Coming second to united is not a sackable offence, they are better than us not for just footballing reasons but, because they have the winning mentality that we as a club have not yet defined as yet!

IF, and I mean IF.

If they are looking for a manager they do so now because they'll need to agree terms and then also targets for summer, the targets will then be approached asap as the club will want it sorted in time for summer and pre-season (ideally).

Those are from Mancinis mouth in terms of targets. The only difference is if he's not the man, the jist is the same. Leaving it too long means you miss a yard in the race.

Pelegrini is the name mentioned, I rate him but he's not an upgrade as a manager. He's just a manager who plays a style that suits our players and the Spanish systems better. Mancini is more decorated (without checking google). A punt don't get me wrong.

let me teach you something about football and how to read a post. phil couldn't actually play football. he did nothing, we won nothing.
mancini on the other hand CAN manage, he HAS won something.

now the forum bit.

read my post again (take your time) i said i can't think why we would be questioning a manager whilst being current champions, indicating that if we wern't or had he failed cos he's shit (enter big phil again)then discussions to replace him would be justified.

What evidence do you have he is "under serious pressure"! Nothing is coming out of the club it's all media bollocks...

How many times have you seen Tracy Chapman play?

Pellegrini has won sod all in Spain and Mancini has won things everywhere he has gone. We'd be daft to sack Mancini for him. If Mancini chose to go and we were struggling a bit to get a proven winner in, Pellegrini would be worth a look. At this point, you only fire Mancini if you have a Mourinho or Klopp standard manager lined-up.

Of course he's under pressure: he manages the English club with the wealthiest owner, a club therefore that can afford to be extremely ambitious...

He's done well with what he's had though.

Villarreal was a success in relative terms. He topped points charts for Real and lost out to a great Barca team. He joined Malaga in a City-esque project but their sheikh is a lower rank to ours.

As I said, its more about systems that complement what we have. He'd play to our strengths. He's a punt though, no denying that.

Klopp, Jose or Del Bosque everyday over him for me.
