At the end of the day all I want is for whoever is manager to be actually backed in the transfer market and be bought the players they feel they need.

I feel quite a lot of the doubt about Mancini has stemmed from the perceived lack of backing he got from the board in regards to signings last summer.

If you're going to keep him, back him, simple as.

It did appear that you are generalising all fans under a certain age as being 'spoilt kids'. Infact you said it, it seems to be the younger generation who want trophies every year, or something along those lines.

Never once since I have been on this forum have I ever said one blue is better than the next in fact I have always supported the clubs vision that we need more support young,female,overseas etc.

Also our first season in Europe wasn't a fuck up, we were really unlucky. Even Munich away the first 15 minutes we play really well and should of had a pen. Napoli away we were poor granted.

This season was a shocker but it was a very hard group, if you aren't willing to give Mancini a third crack at Europe what's wrong with you? With a bit of luck we will do well in Europe.

Look at the Bayern team that beat us and then look at the Bayern team that we beat. We'd have finished with 3 less points had they fielded their strongest team in the second fixture. Europe is blatantly Mancini's achilles’ heel and I don't see anything anywhere to suggest things will improve. Who will reel out the excuses if we don't qualify next season?

Mancini has had plenty of backing. Money was spent last summer but most of it was not spent very wisely, IMO. As Tolm has pointed out more than once, any fool could spot that buying RvP, DDR, Hazard or Martinez would improve the squad; although I recall plenty on this forum that were adamant they didn't want RvP.
