It's not like Mourinho is fostering an amazing harmony at Madrid. Or as if he's great at building a team without spending loads of money.
Swap a manager whos players are not playing for him for another manager whos players are also not playing for him

Sounds like a plan!

Would suggest that managing Madrid is a different proposition than managing City. Mancini wouldn't last three months there.

Mancini's management style and the way he handles players is all very well when you're winning, but we're starting to see what happens now when we're not.

True Man City are in the early stages of trying to establish themselves as a serious contender in the global market place, whear as Real Madrid have been there for decades. However Mourinho has not worked out there and strangley enough Mancini would probably do better in the real madrid environment.

yes , you have a point here.

mancini should be good enough to motivate hart and barry to believe they are not the championship players they are

maybe he cant do it cause he lack man management skills

Maybe you should follow Mancio posts closer LOL. He always blame the English players but Mario and Bobby are untouchable.

how long is he gonna live off this for fucks sake... the squad we have should be doing miles better than we are doing... got to go for me cos i think he has lost the dressing room as well as his marbles... why the fuck did he play a midfielder at centre half when he had kolo on the bench etc etc

Maybe a bit longer than 8 months FFS. It was only last season we won he league and the season before that the FA Cup. Now, - If you were an Arsenal fan I'd have some sympathy with your comment....
he has gone as far as he can... need someone to take us to the next level... dead man walking im afraid to say... thanks forever for what he has done but new man needed, blow everyone out of the water with transfers in the summer, and start winning trophies year after year like we should be doing now

We moan about Mancini wanting RVP and De Rossi then demand the next manager "blows everyone out of the water on transfers"

Re: Mancini out?

It's not about Mancini out. It's about who you get in. After Mourinho and Klopp the pool becomes far more vague.

I can only hope and pray that behind the scenes we are moving heaven and earth to get one of those two.

What we saw tonight, those players aren't that bad. When a machine malfunctions so fundamentally, the man driving it is the one to blame.

Re: Mancini out?

Regardless of the question of whether he should go or not. Saying there's no-one to replace him is a non argument.

Klopp, Simeone, Bielsa, Moyes, Laudrup, Mourinho, Conte and many more.

Think the city owners have suffered the consequences for not being ruthless enough last summer, but Mancini's tactics both in the league and in the CL haven't been great this year. Its an under-performance and if he does lose his job, he cant argue.

That said I expect a big change in pretty much everything this summer, whether he stays or not. Need to weed out some of the passengers
