That last line is a translation of "que sera sera", which is a fucking dirty rag song.

I've got my eyes on you.....
[/b]

We were singing que sera sera in the 60's when we were on our way to Wemberley then so don't know where a rags song comes into it?
We also used to sing "you'll never walk alone" in the 70's and early 80's.

I've not heard "que sera sera" once, either on this cup run, the one in 2011, or any other in the last 20 years, which hopefully answers your question.

I'm confused now - do we want pellegrini because he can sing que sera sera or can't sing you'll never walk alone?

This is a fucking joke, lets face it we as a club are a fucking joke. I suppose the writing was in the wall when they refused bob the players he wanted last August , at the same time spurning the chance to kick on from our championship. We could, had we wanted to, have crushed the rags fergie or no fergie.

Amatures.

I think it would be best to wait for the "facts" before insulting the club, just a thought.

Au contraire, this is the clubs last chance to salvage our reputation.

Let's face it, for the last two years we have been dogged by controversy after controversy.

Mancini ostracising Tevez.
Our deterioration in Europe over two seasons.
Mancini having a physical altercation with Balotelli.
Mancini publicly criticising Hart, Kompany, Richards, Tevez, Aguero and Dzeko.
Failing to even attempt to defend our title.
Getting beat by Aston Villa at home in the League Cup.
Poor performances this season against Sunderland, Swansea, Southampton and a whole host of other teams.

You can't say we didn't back him. That is a lie.

If Mancini wanted De Rossi and Hazard, then he should understand that these are top caliber players, where negotiations can become difficult and protracted. Therefore you need back up options, but the players that he wanted like Garcia and Maicon have been colossal failures.

We have backed him with more cash than any other club would have, maybe if he didn't waste so much money on Dzeko, Nasri, Savic, Kolarov, Maicon, Garcia and Balotelli then we would have backed him more last summer.

No. We want him because he closely resembles a lizard. Do keep up.

Having finally read through this thread, I think one thing that everyone seems to agree on is the timing of this story. Its shit and it seems its designed to try and destablise us on today of all days.

On Mancini I would class myself as a fence sitter, I will always hold him in high regard for winning us our first silverware in three decades, and for taking the title from the red twats, and for some great signings and great football.
I feel he cant take us much further though, certain games and teams he seems to just have no answers to, I dont like the public falling out that seems to occur with him, and europe seems a real problem for him, not just with City, but at Inter he also struggled with this competition.

So I can see both sides of the coin in regards to the inners and outers, but some of the comments are well over the top. Our owners have done very little if anything wrong since they have come here. I believe they have earnt our trust and if this a club decision then we need to trust the powers that be and see if another big decsion of theirs is proved correct.
If its Mancini decison, then fair play, I'd thank him for all he's done and wish him all the best.

The timing is shit, everything else is just football.

It's great to see we are all 100% behind the manager and club on our cup final day.
Well done blues.

It's cup final day! Think back 5 years, how much would you of been jizzing over that!
Lets leave this thread alone for today eh and enjoy what's hopefully going to be another great day for mcfc

Just woke up to this. My first thoughts are it's bullshit and I don't believe it-

1. Media / press trying to make the public 'move on' from the Fergie/Moyes debacle by sweeping it under the carpet and focusing on us.

2. Media / press attempt to destabilise us prior to the FA Cup Final.

However if it is true-

1. I think it's the wrong decision. Mancini hasn't gotten the best out of the squad this year but he's got us CL football, we're runners up and in yet another FA Cup Final. To sack him for that would be pathetic in my opinion. He also has a huge chance to improve on that next season as Bacon has finally fucked off.

2. I think it's been handled unprofessionally with City letting the Pellegrini rumours fly around for weeks undermining both Mancini and the club.

Being serious for a moment, this is pretty much spot on for me, word for word.

Anyway, back to managers who look like lizards.
