Next time we lose, draw or win in a 'boring' manner, the plebs, prophets, piss cans and piss flaps will be back to slate Mancini and big up 'Mou' or some new foreign guy they've seen on a computer game or ESPN or something.

Next time we lose?

Nah, we'll do it now. The guy is vastly overrated. But hey, he has nice hair, and apparently is a dab hand at 'mind games'. Someone give him a 20 year contract, and get that petition started to get City renamed Roberto Mancini Football Club.

Wow, just wow.

I'm curious. Had I put a giant ;) next to the three posts of mine at the beginning of this thread, would it have made it easier for some of you to get the joke ?

Anyone know what a parody is ?

Honestly, I do despair with the youth of today!

You cannot expect most Bluemooners, or indeed most football fans, to be on the intellectual level of The Cabal.

And the Cabal in turn ain't got shit on you and the Intellectual Fascists who you regularly fellate down in off topic.

I can't help thinking that if things had been reversed, and United had been 8 pts behind with 6 games to go, and Fergie had managed to turn it around and win the title for United ... then the entire worldwide media would be hailing "Sir Alex" as a tactical genius and master of the "mind games", they'd be in awe at his ability to motivate his players, and be hailing him as one of the greatest managers ever.

When Mancini does it, they just say "Well, he almost blew it" and give "Manager of the season" to Alan Pardew.

So I think Roberto does deserve more credit that he has been given. Lets hope he gets it over the next few seasons.
I coulden´t agree more with you

Bang on..

Yeh, can't comprehend why you bother supporting us at all. You just typify all that is wrong with the internet...

Why don't you write to the club and see if you can have me barred. Maybe send Ric a PM and see if he can give me a permanent ban from the forum too. It'll be great. You'll never have to read an opinion contrary to your own again, and I'll never have to waste the five minutes of my time I have done today engaging your natural charm and wit.

What happened to your self imposed exile? Or am I mistaking you for somebody else ?

Spot on league title has to be 1st choice if we do well in the cups great, but the league must come 1st

Is it just me or is everyone getting a bit obsessed with the Champions league as if its some sort of holy grail, its a cup competition after all, a tough one to win i know but i hope we dont get too distracted as a club next season. The toughest competition to win in the world is the Premier League and i think winning this again should be our number one target.
