They should get on with it and stop acting like spoilt school children..its not Mancini's fault Hughes got sacked.

Albeit i'm looking forward to Saturday and hopefully Mancini can get a positive reation out of the players.

Now i see what hughes teached them when he should have teached them to play defence! BAD MANNER. if this is true it will backfire on themself and especially on us fans! overpaid children is what they are.

However, former Inter Milan boss Mancini is confident that he can win around his squad
.
He's got 48hrs to do it.
It sounds like a dressing room split to me,i hope stoke play shit.

we have brought this upon ourselves

While I will support Mancini 100% and its time to move on, sacking MH at this point in the season was a huge mistake.

I dont blame the players at all........the team was progressing and despite all those draws you could tell moral was good. They all wanted to work for MH. The team in general have done ok this season and the sacking and the fans that have helped this along the way could well have set the club back a number of steps in its progression....at teh very least they have given the media plenty of ammo with which to throw all this negative press at us.

Mancini will have to workl wonders to get the team back on track.....lets hope he is upto the job cause if he isnt i can see some of our more impatient supporters starting to critiicise quite quickly if things dont pick up.

Whatever happens in the next 2 months we need to be 100% behind all the team (every single player regardless of who it is) and the manager and the club in general.....regardless of results!!!!

You don't blame the players when they are being paid £100,000 per week to play for the club? Not the manager, mind, the club!

If its true, i think its a great read.

Once Mancini has shown the players what he has to offer i see no reason why that same loyalty will not be passed in its fullness onto him. The most successful club all boast a number of fiercely loyal players and that loyalty is usually bought on by how they perceive the manager.

Mancini shows in this report he has a full understanding of exactly what it takes to earn his players respect. Im liking him more and more.

Gentlemen this is just paper talk yet again.

Why would Mancini tell the italian press....please remember that the press want us to fail and will spread allsorts of rumours to make sure we all feel anxious.

We have to stand together now and back the team, and they are professional footballers who are well paid and will adapt.

So lets stop over reacting to the media hype.

I wish they'd cared a bit more defensively than they did against Birmingham,Hull,Burnley,Fulham and spurs.
