One thing to be said about Dave is yes, such was his conviction in his opinion of Bob, he would have wrote it.

Why labour the point though pal?? Jesus he has gone,inners not happy outers happy. We get on with it as a club as supporters together. I haven't seen an article by one inner saying why we should have kept Mancini so why should there be an article justifying his departure?
We should all just move on but for Dave to try to sort of say "I told you so" then I just really don't get it.
If we're going on what friends tell us, a friend of my was the CEO of the major sponsor of a well known football club (not United), was asked to join their Board many times, attended every match usually in the company of the Board. He told me stories about one of their managers that would make your hair curl, far worse than the ones we're hearing about Mancini. Lucky not to be arrested on several occasions. Absolutely despised by the players.
The press knew many of these incidents but never reported them. He was friendly with them, fairly successful and liked by the fans and public. He eventually left the club on good terms. It never got out.
