So the semi was won by the players in spite of Mancini who lost it.

Meh.

I prefer to say Mancini was passionately urging his players on, such was the enormity of what was happening on the pitch.

We used to complain about Sven and his lack of passion and air of calmness.

I don't agree with Dave's assessment; it read like a Party Political broadcast, but it was his assessment.

Dave, when is the next installment of of 'Doomsday'. Must be due? ;-)

But wasn't he also confident of this outcome at the end of last season (and the season before...?). With very few exceptions, if you keep saying a manager's going to get fired, you're bound to be right eventually.

I'm going for another 30 pages minimum for a not so well written article. I turn off when anyone starts using words like turds in a serious piece. Tell you what though I've got friends with contacts in the club, hell fuck it I've got friends that used to play for the club and a couple that still do play for the club and I heard just as much shit, no actually in all honesty I heard a whole lot more shit being thrown around when Hughes was in charge. It's what happens at football clubs and most of the time when you hear it about your own it's not nice but it's a fact.

Mancini's gone it's time everyone let it go and concentrated on the future.
