Mancini write-up by Didsbury Dave

It would've been interesting to see what feed back it got if the name of the writer was left off?

Think you are missing the point. If it had been written by anonymous we might have said interesting point of view but wrong. The fact we know the writer has been banging on like this for three years just makes it boring. And wrong.

But perhaps we should all move on. And maybe Dave would have been better off just leaving this piece unwritten. Or at least put in a few compliments to the departing man.

Read the first paragraph and thought fuck off back to Didsbury.

Is that far enough?

The truth is Dismal has almost as high an opinion of himself as Mancini does. Maybe that's why he dislikes him so intensely. He was on his case from day 1, mainly I fathomed because Roberto wasn't Jose, and so this rather bitter piece comes as no surprise.

While Mancini's future will be interesting so will Dismal's. Don't know if he is a frustrated journo or not, but his literary style is combatative and will surely need a new target sooner rather than later. Who? Well that remains to be seen.

He's far from being a journo but something he said to you in a previous thread stands out now - it's ok to have differences in opinion, I myself didn't agree Mancini needed to go but discussed it from both sides. That is a well written, articulate piece which you find reason to pour scorn on because it's Dave - there is no bigger man than him who can admit he was wrong, what battle is it you think your fighting ffs, he's a blue, you're a blue, each has there opinion but the common denominator is the same - it's become fucking tiresome this shit, put it to bed man!!!

Well said, Big Man.

The DD fanboys were sure to come out in this thread

it was far from a gloating "i'm right your wrong" rant, Just a calm reprise of what he has always posted. If he had chosen to he could have simply said " i rest my case"
The objection to "turd" is a head scratcher. It's a blog not a C.V., the Bard himself used it.
My feeling is he did not mention some critical technical issues like substitutions and reacting to problems on the pitch and favouritism.
It is no more and no less than a City supporter expressing his opinion
I believe anyone is allowed to do the same

I don't believe this. Had it been written in a newspaper it would have been dismissed as the usual load of anti City crap, but because it's written by a Blue, who on his own admittance had no time for Mancini people are saying it's a good article.

He mentions Mancini's first press conference wobble, but say's it was not his fault.
Well why fuckin mention it then.
He talks about his hair, and getting wet FFS get a grip.
