If it is confirmed in the summer that he is staying then I actually think this thread would calm down for a bit. People would be waiting to see how the transfer window pans out and whether this season is indeed just the blip many claim it is or whether regression has well and truly set in under Mancini and form isnt improving. If he turns things back round and we start to kick on again, I don't think anyone would be unhappy. If things continued the way they have this season then I think this thread would understandably go beserk. You make it out like I liked Hughes. I fucking hated Hughes, I was one of the biggest outers on here at the time.
De Niro on the otherhand was furious about his sacking, and slaughtered Mancini for months afterwards. Hence the irony in him being so pro-Mancini these days.
