The lad needs sangria and paella, not a hollands pie and a pint of Holts.

I'm having paella as we speak...

City could create a paella pie.

Haha - paella pie - it's the future!

Before this turns into a transfer topic, I could see plenty of reasons why Neymar is wanted by City.

Take some of the responsibility away from Silva. Selling 100m Brazil shirts with his name on the back and our own Nike deal.

Ronaldinho to Paris/Ronaldo to PSV.

These guys always dip their toe somewhere. His transfer value and wages would be paid back within 12 months on a commercial basis from the Brazilian economy alone.

It's about brand recognition for Abu Dhabi.

I'm an economist, in fact, so I absolutely understand the initial gain. However, I try to temper my expectation with the potential effect of a failure in England. The first year would see very high commercial revenue... The next, if he flops, would be less so... And the third would be problematic for our books. I am cautious when assessing high-risk strategies, as many should have been recently. I look for sustainability and I worry this would be a flash-gain with unfortunate consequences both for revenue and team performance.

It's no wonder that people speculate about Bluemoon's ad revenue when you have Nazi Jew in charge.

Hitler was actually Jewish on his mother's side, but his power afforded him to keep quiet the thing he feared most.

She should have seen right through Alois...

Though the idea may seem preposterous to some, the question seems to stem from the remote possibility that Hitler's grandfather was Jewish. Hitler's father, Alois, was registered as an illegitimate child with no father when born in 1837 and to this day Hitler's paternal grandfather is unknown. Alois' mother, Maria Schicklgruber, is known to have worked in the home of a wealthy Jew, so there is some chance, however small, that a son in that household got Hitler's grandmother pregnant.
Despite the claims, Adolf Hitler was not Jewish.

Didn't you get the memo?

Mancini is also on the Blue Moon payroll.

He'll drop Kompany just to get Ric a spike in traffic.

That was definitely the highlight of last night's fuckwummery!
Is it always like that late at night?

Bollockhead billy was top class.

But that has nothing to do with Ric and him using his Nazi Jew gold to bribe certain posters into being controversial to generate traffic. Indeed, I believe he has code named his strategy; autobahn.

First team,i'd agree, the overall squad balance is weaker though.

Bacon tends to purchase players that 'fit' better

Agreed. I'd say that bacon is years ahead of us in buying players that suit a particular system. He can literally change the entire side and still they play exactly the same way.

I didn't realise all his squad had been there 25 years. Fuck me, they must all be getting on a bit.

Yep, spot on.
That's why it dismays me to see the posts trying to compare Mancinis position with fergusons - 'you wouldn't expect fergusons job to be questioned after not winning the title for 1 year' etc - it's not comparing like with like

I'm not having a pop fella, just saying that bacon has a tried and tested formula and he purchases players that in the main all seem to fit the system.

You mean like when the 'inners' compare Mancini, like for like, with other mangers who haven't had his resources or backing?

And its normally the same bunch who bring the Rags into every argument.

That's surely why the idea of Txiki imposing the approach from Barca of a 4-3-3 formation and tiki-taka football is not far fetched. The club needs a well defined way of playing and needs to recruit at all levels to that template.

Exactly this, and particularly quick wide men with a proven ability at whipping the ball in. He favours height and athleticism too for the united speciality of hoof and chase against better opponents. Smalling, Evans, Vidic, Valencia, Camelgob, Carrick, Fletcher, Wellshit, Van Persie, all 6ft 2' or bigger. They're a huge team physically, with their set piece prowess acting as a constant get out of jail free card for them, and ensuring also that they seldom struggle against the 'parked bus' tactic the way we do.
By contrast, for example, Dzeko, Nasri, Milner (and Balotelli) all seem to have been bought as individual talents, without too much thought as to how they might be effectively deployed. Just an opinion, before anyone gets their tighty whiteys in a bunch........!
